01Our promise to parents

Many of our students are children. We want every parent to feel completely at ease, so these are the rules every class with Rawi Academy follows.

02All communication goes through you

• Our team talks only with parents, never directly with a child.
• Tutors don't message children privately or connect with them on social media. Any question about lessons goes through our team and you.
• Class links are sent to you as Google Calendar invites, and lesson reports and progress reviews come to you.

03Lessons are never recorded

Classes on Zoom are live and are not recorded, so no video of your child is ever kept by us or by the tutor.

04You can join at any time

You don't need to sit in on lessons, and many children learn happily on their own. If you'd like to watch a lesson, though, you are always welcome.

05A tutor you're comfortable with

We have male and female tutors, so you can choose who teaches your child. If you'd ever like to change tutor, just tell us.
